QuoteBridge is an insurance lead generation marketplace operated by EQI Caribbean Technology ("we", "us", "our"), a subsidiary of Project 3 Consultants and Logistics Ltd, registered in Barbados. We connect consumers with licensed insurers and brokers across ten Caribbean territories.
QuoteBridge is a lead generation marketplace only. We are not an insurance intermediary, we do not bind coverage, and we do not process insurance premiums or policy payments.

We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly, and information generated automatically when you use the platform.

You choose exactly which providers receive your information. Only the insurers and brokers you select will see your details. Providers you do not select receive nothing.
Quotes submitted by insurers are sealed. No insurer can see the pricing or terms offered by any other insurer. This is a platform rule enforced at the system level.
When you click Accept on a quote, that provider receives a confirmation that you have chosen their quote and will contact you directly to arrange your policy. No policy is bound and no payment is collected through QuoteBridge at any stage.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes.
We retain your account information and lead history for as long as your account is active and for a period of up to seven years thereafter, in line with our regulatory obligations. If you request deletion of your account, we will erase your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal holds that require us to retain specific records.
Depending on your territory, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct inaccurate information, to request deletion of your data, to object to certain types of processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at legal@eqicaribbean.com. We will respond within 30 days. For data erasure requests, we apply a double-confirmation process to protect against accidental deletion.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), HTTP-only authentication cookies that are not accessible to browser scripts, multi-factor authentication on every login, account lockout after repeated failed attempts, and immutable audit logs for all significant platform events.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We take all reasonable steps to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
QuoteBridge uses a single authentication cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie is HTTP-only (not accessible to JavaScript), is set with the Secure flag (transmitted over HTTPS only), and expires when you sign out or after a period of inactivity. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We use the following third-party providers to operate the platform. Each is engaged under a data processing agreement and is permitted to use your data only to provide the service described.
Our platform is hosted in the United States (Render, Virginia). By using QuoteBridge, you acknowledge that your information may be processed outside your home territory. We take steps to ensure that any international transfer is subject to appropriate safeguards.
QuoteBridge is intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information through our platform, please contact us at legal@eqicaribbean.com and we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where the change is material, notify registered users by email. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have a question or complaint about how we handle your data, please contact us first at legal@eqicaribbean.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your territory. For Barbados, this is the Data Protection Commissioner at the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (5th Floor, SSA Building, Vaucluse, St. Thomas, Barbados).
